In the spring of 2013, the JTBF board of directors and advisory council, facilitated by JTBF staff, voted to change the organization name from Just The Beginning Foundation (JTBF) to Just The Beginning – A Pipeline Organization (JTB-APO) to more clearly define its overall mission and vision.

At the Summer Legal Institute, Indianapolis-area high school students students will...

  • Meet with volunteer attorneys and members of the judiciary
  • Visit the courts
  • Participate in a mock trial 
  • Learn and apply high level  negotiations skills
  • Attend workshops on college readiness and business networking
  • Present oral arguments for competition, and
  • HAVE FUN!!
